Later, the monitor of the Grade 2011 international class, Robert Appiah, organized a talk between the teachers of theSchoolofInternational Educationand four representatives of international students. During the talk, Wu Qiang introduced the efforts made by the university in enhancing international education management and service levels over recent years and encouraged the students to propose suggestions and advice to the current regulating system of international student management of AMU. The representatives responded with proactive feedback and proposed their own honest opinions on dormitory management regulations, disciplinary punishment regulations, academic assessment and scholarship awarding. In the end, Wu Qiang extended thanks to the students for contributing ideas and suggestions and encouraged them to focus on study, to accomplish more academic goals and advised them not to waste the valuable time and effort.

This activity was held to coordinate with the recently revised and amended Brochure for International Students, which aimed at further developing the educational practices among the students and hearing the voice of the international students. It is hoped that through perfecting the institutional system, the education, management and services concerning international students at our university can be better improved so as to continuously upgrade the international student management capacity of our university.
